Here are the basic documents required for Investment as Entrepreneurs Visa:

• A copy of the sponsor's HKID or a copy of the sponsor's Business Registration Certificate;
• A copy of Business Registration Certificate of the company which the applicant is going to invest;
• Details, with proof, of the applicant's proposed business activities in HK;
• Details, with proof, of the applicant's proposed investment in HK, has paid-up capital and source of funds;
• Details of the personal particulars of all other directors of the company and their whereabouts; reasons why the applicant's presence is essential;
• The number of local and expatriate employees;
• Details, with proof, of the applicant's academic qualifications and experience relevant to the post, e.g. copies of diplomas, certificates and testimonials;
• Details, with proof, of the applicant's plan to co-operate actively with HK commerce and industry;
• Evidence of the applicant's past residence in HK (if any).

Note:
In addition to the above-mentioned documents, other information / documents in support of the application may be required by the Immigration Officer in individual cases.

Here are the basic documents required for Employment Visa:

• A copy of the sponsor's Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation and / or Memorandum of Incorporation and Articles of Association;
• Financial standing of the sponsor / sponsor's company (latest audited financial report, trading profit and loss account, Profits Tax Return);
• Company staff list with salary offered and position held and list of expatriate staff previously or currently recruited from overseas;
• A copy of the applicant's service contract or letter of appointment with details of post, salaries and benefits;
• Full description of the applicant's post;
• Details, with proof, of applicant's academic qualifications and experience relevant to the post, e.g. copies of diplomas, certificate and testimonials;
• A letter, with supporting proof from the employer (if possible), stating the reason why the post cannot be filled locally;
• If the applicant is to replace someone already working in HK, the personal particulars and his whereabouts (if know) should be given;
• If the applicant is to fill a new post, explain why his / her services are essential;
• Evidence of the applicant's past residence in HK (if any).

Here are the basic documents required for Dependant Visa:

• Evidence of the sponsor's financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts and employment certificates;
• Evidence of the applicant's financial standing;
• Evidence of sponsor's relationship with the applicant, e.g. marriage certificates, birth certificate, family photographs and family letters (with envelopes);
• Evidence of sponsor's accommodation, e.g. rental receipts;
• Evidence of the applicant's past residence in HK (if any).

Note:
In addition to the above-mentioned documents, other information / documents in support of the application may be required by the Immigration Officer in individual cases.

Here are the basic documents required for HK Permanent Residence:

• A copy of the applicant’s HKID;
• A copy of the applicant’s travel document showing entry to HK and the applicant's current condition of stay in HK;
• Proof of the applicant’s past 7 years’ condition of stay in HK such as copy of HK visa stickers;
• Proof of the applicant’s 7 years continuous ordinary residence in HK immediately before the date of the application for permanent resident status, such as school documents, employment proof, official receipts, bank statements or income tax receipts;
• The applicant’s present accommodation proof, e.g. tenancy agreement, rental receipts.
