Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The referrer must be the existing client of Bridges Executive Centre (“BRIDGES”). |
| 2. | The referee must be a new client to BRIDGES and cannot be employed by the same company as the referrer. |
| 3. | The offers are presented exclusively to the referrer and referee of BRIDGES's Virtual Office / Company Setup / Accounting / Working Visa Referral Program. |
| 4. | For Virtual Office Referral Program, the referral rebate is offered to the referrer in the invoice of the referrer's Virtual Office renewal. |
| 5. | For Company Setup / Accounting / Working Visa Referral Program, HK$500 cash coupon is offered to the referrer only after the full payment is received from the referee. The cash coupon can be redeemed on either Directory Signage Yearly Service, Meeting Room Service (rental of 1 hour or more in business hours), Accounting Service (minimum 1 year commitment period) or HK Working Visa Service (new application or renewal of Employment Visa, Investment Visa, Admission Scheme of Mainland Talents and Professionals). |
| 6. | For Virtual Office Referral Program, first month free is offered to the referee in the referee's invoice. |
| 7. | For Company Setup and Working Visa Referral Program, HK$500 cash discount to the referee will be deducted in the service fee of the referee’s invoice. |
| 8. | For Accounting Referral Program, the referee must subscribe to both Accounting and Company Secretarial Services to enjoy the offer. 10% off discount on Accounting Service will be deducted in the service fee of the referee's invoice. |
| 9. | No further discount will be offered to the referee for service renewal. |
| 10. | The offer is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash / other services, and also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. |
| 11. | BRIDGES reserves the right to discontinue the offer or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |
| 12. | In case of any disputes, BRIDGES reserves the right of final decision. |
